The City of Fremantle is holding an election by postal vote on Saturday, 21 October 2023 to fill vacancies in the offices of Councillors as listed below:

In line with the local government reforms being introduced by the State Government the City of Fremantle is implementing changes to the ward boundaries and council representation. You can read more about these changes at fremantle.wa.gov.au/new-wards.
