Adult squads

A variety of groups and squads train regularly at the Centre. These include adult swimming, triathlon training groups and the Royal Life Saving Society.

• Aquatic International - a privately coached program for adults run by Simon Redmond.  For more information please call Simon directly on 0417 954 184.

• Freo Fins - conduct a squad for those interested in building up endurance for competition or fun. For more information, contact Sari Galsworthy on 0408 099910 or visit the Freo Fins website.

• Fremantle Triathlon Club - A fun, friendly and community based triathlon club. We offer coached swimming sessions to help all triathletes progress and challenge themselves. Contact membership@ftc.org.au or visit Fremantle Triathlon Club website.
