
Hatha yoga is the gentle practice of physical postures, breathing, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
Yoga postures stretch and align the body to promote balance and flexibility, make the spine supple and promotes circulation. Our instructor has over 22 years’ experience running yoga classes and can tailor movements to suit your level. All ages welcome. Perfect for Seniors.
It is recommended that you bring a large towel or blanket and a water bottle with you. Classes requires a minimum of six participants to run.
